In the past, monitoring personnel regularly took samples from the oil and sent them to the laboratory for analysis. The number of cables used in the station has dropped by more than 60%, and the effect of material saving has been significant.
It is reported that there are nearly one hundred 220-kilovolt substations in Shanghai, of which the newly-built transformer substations with a voltage level of 220 kilovolts and below are located within the outer ring, and all of them have achieved indoorization, and the land-saving effect is obviously better than that of conventional outdoor substations. Internal substations vary by 30% to 50% depending on the scale of construction.
