Intersil today announced the availability of the TW9992 analog video decoder with an integrated MIPI CSI-2 output interface that is compatible with the latest system-on-chip (SoC) processors. The decoder's MIPI CSI-2 interface simplifies the connection to the SoC while reducing the electromagnetic interference (EMI) experienced by the system. The TW9992 decoder accepts single-ended or differential composite video inputs from the Car Reversing Security Camera and is the latest addition to the Intersil Automotive Applications Video Decoder product line.
With its built-in diagnostics and superior video quality, the TW9992 solves the biggest challenges in car video systems. Its automatic contrast adjustment (ACA) image enhancement feature automatically increases or decreases the brightness/contrast of the image to provide greater visibility and security, and overcomes the need for reversing camera systems by adapting to rapidly changing lighting conditions. Puzzle.
In addition, automotive reversing cameras typically use differential twisted pairs, so designers need to use an op amp in front of the video decoder to convert the differential signal into a single-ended signal. The TW9992 decoder eliminates the need for external op amps by supporting direct differential CVBS inputs, reducing system cost and board space. Moreover, the short-to-battery and short-to-ground detection functions inherent in each differential input channel further enhance video performance and automotive system reliability.
Philip Chesley, senior vice president of precision products at Intersil, said: "This new member of Intersil's family of video decoders supports customer designs with next-generation SoCs, enabling customers to design their designs to better meet future needs. With better graphics Quality, lower power consumption, and many advanced features that help improve reliability and simplify design help the TW9992 become a leader in its class and ideal for reversing camera designs."

Glass Reinforced Plastic Tray Cable Tray
GRP Tray is a lightweight and durable cable tray system that is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. It is ideal for use in harsh environments where traditional metal cable trays may not be suitable. The material used in GRP Tray is also non-conductive, which makes it a safer option for electrical installations.
GRP Tray is available in various sizes and configurations to meet the specific needs of different applications. It can be installed in a variety of ways, including wall-mounted, floor-mounted, and ceiling-mounted. The system also includes a range of accessories such as bends, tees, and couplers to facilitate installation and customization.
One of the key benefits of GRP Tray is its low maintenance requirements. Unlike metal cable trays, which can rust and corrode over time, GRP Tray is resistant to these issues. It also does not require painting or coating, which can save time and money on maintenance costs.
