Cree Introduces Twilight Mode Dimming LMH2 LED Module

Cree (Nasdaq: CREE) has announced the introduction of the Twilight mode dimming LMH2 LED module, which brings natural dimming that was not possible with any other energy-saving technology. Cree's Twilight mode dimming technology adjusts the color temperature from 2,700 K to 1,800 K in a smooth and soft manner, and presents a rich warm tone atmosphere to meet the dimming needs of places such as hotels and homes where traditional lighting effects are required. At the same time, it can reduce energy consumption by more than 80% compared to incandescent lamps with low energy efficiency.

Cree's stable and reliable LMH2 series modules enable lighting manufacturers to develop a variety of lighting technologies based on the same size modules. The LMH2 module is beautifully designed, and its unified product platform can create a complete set of lamps, which protects the lighting manufacturer's capital investment in product development and helps to quickly launch a variety of cost-effective lighting applications.

Cree Twilight Mode Dimming LMH2 LED Module

Cree's new LMH2 module with dimming mode dimming technology provides a luminous flux of 850lm–3,000lm at a color temperature of 2,700K, as well as a variety of drive options. The new LMH2 module is plug-and-play, seamlessly coupled to existing LMH2 module drivers and reflectors, and compatible with TRIAC dimmers, which means that this high-performance module can easily replace those that use traditional tuning. Lighting applications for light technology can also be used in new installations with 0-10V or DALI technology.

The Cree LMH2 module has a design life of 50,000 hours, 5% minimum dimming, and offers Cree's industry-leading 5-year warranty. Qualified luminaire manufacturers seeking ENERGY STAR certification can obtain specifications and performance parameters, including LM-80 reports, to help pass the relevant certification audits faster.

The Cree LMH2 dimming mode dimming LED module is now available in a sample kit and is available in volume production according to standard delivery times.
