As an oil production project, it is necessary to transfer the production site image information, production data of oil wells, equipment operation and maintenance status, crude oil reserves and transportation information, etc. to the production management headquarters in real time so as to provide accurate and timely first-hand information for production command and dispatch. Therefore, statistics on production units such as single oil wells, oil production stations, joint stations, and oil delivery stations are very important.
In the past, many parameters, such as flow rate, wellhead pressure, depth, and water content, were collected manually. Due to the dispersion of single wells, the collected parameters once a day, can not reflect the actual situation of the whole day, or even false positives. Modern production requirements must be collected in real time throughout the day, and statistical analysis of the data is required to truly obtain the actual output and working conditions of each well.
The harsh working conditions at the well site, including the high temperature, low temperature, humidity, and dust in the field environment, require high requirements for site acquisition and control systems. The robust ADAM-4100 series module with an ultra-wide working temperature range makes it easy to operate. fulfil requirements.
The main controller adopts ADAM-4501 programmable communication controller as the main controller, adopts ADAM-4117 to display the oil diagram, oil outlet temperature, pressure, flow and other signals, and adopt ADAM-4150 to control; Information is processed by the ADAM-4501 main controller and transmitted to the main control room via GPRS Modem or Ethernet.
1). ADAM-4501 series: The ADAM-4501 series is a PC-based standalone controller for data acquisition and control. The palm-based controller is small but powerful, with an Intel X86 CPU running ROM-DOS and can be written in Turbo C language. And debugger and then downloaded to run in ADAM-4501. Provide sufficient storage space for large-capacity data recording and complex program storage. The built-in battery can back up data in the SRAM area, and provide a variety of communication interfaces and Ethernet interfaces to communicate with on-site meters and host computers. Directly support Modbus function call, the program is simple and convenient.
In oil well testing, the ADAM-4501 series is used as the main controller. By executing its internal C language program, it automatically controls the work of each ADAM I/O module, thus controlling the entire process of monitoring. And use its internal Flash ram to store historical data, use the communication interface to communicate and transfer data.
2). ADAM-4117: Analogue acquisition module, through a variety of sensors, collecting various parameters of the site, including temperature, pressure, flow, dynamometer and other parameters.
3). ADAM-4150: Digital input/output module, which controls the working status of various valves during the collection process to ensure the smooth progress of the entire acquisition process.
4). ADAM-4117 and ADAM-4150 are placed directly on the site and support wide temperature working range: -40--+85 degree working temperature, anti-interference ability is fully enhanced, and it can be well adapted to the poor work and site of the oil production site. surroundings. RS-485 and Modbus RTU protocols and host controllers are used for field data communication. The system configuration is convenient.
5). GPRS module: Connects to the serial port of ADAM-4501, and transmits the data in the field to the remote oil field headquarters through the GPRS network. Oilfields and natural gas fields are mostly located in areas such as swamps, deserts and basins, and shallow seas. Because they are far from urban areas, transportation and communication facilities are relatively backward. Wells and gas wells are scattered in a radius of several tens of kilometers and consist of several single wells, transfer stations and joint stations. The use of GPRS communication to achieve data communications, has the advantages of quick installation and maintenance, easy maintenance and migration, and low cost.
6). If there is an Ethernet network on the collection site, you can directly send data through the ADAM-4501's Ethernet port.
