OPPO mobile phone sales last year 50 million units more than 10 million units than vivo

According to Gartner data, OPPO is the tenth largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world in the third quarter of 2015. Among the top 10 mobile phone manufacturers, there are 6 Chinese manufacturers, namely Huawei, Lenovo, Xiaomi, TCL, ZTE and OPPO.


Of the 50 million mobile phones, the R7, R7S and R7 Plus products accounted for 15 million units. Overall, OPPO's mobile phone sales in 2015 were 58 million fewer than Huawei's, and 25 million smaller than the smaller, 10 million more than vivo, 30 million more than Meizu, and 45 million more than LeTV.

OPPO is mainly known for selling mid-range phones, such as the R7 and N1. In the past year, OPPO has actively expanded overseas markets. Sean Deng, managing director of the company, said that OPPO has been expanding overseas markets, especially in Southeast Asia.

In the past 2015, there have been a series of interesting events in the Chinese smartphone market. In addition to the rise of OPPO, Xiaomi sold 70 million mobile phones last year, which did not meet the company's expectations.
