15-inch long free programmable cluster
Bosch will present the device at NACV, the largest commercial vehicle digital instrument panel available today, equipped with an optically-bonded display for future safe driving and automation The driving program can be integrated with advanced driver assistance systems.
Bosch's 15-inch monitor screen has two functions, which can be used as a dashboard solution in landscape mode; it can be used as an important part of the mirror system in portrait mode. Replaces the rearview mirror to increase the energy efficiency of the vehicle while reducing drag.
Central gateway CGW
Bosch's central gateway (CGW) enables the car networking of commercial vehicles. The central communication node will serve as a router for in-vehicle communication, and the communication connection between the vehicle and the outside can be realized by a connection control unit (CCU). For all data flowing into the vehicle, it is equivalent to a gateway, ensuring the safety of the vehicle network through the protective wall and intrusion detection. Powertrain products such as eCity Truck and eAxle
Bosch will also showcase seven powertrain concept products for future vehicles that are designed to save fuel and money, while also extending the life of the fleet's vehicles. The eCity Truck is an innovative diesel hybrid system that is flexible and expandable, making it easy to integrate the bridge (eAxle) with light commercial vehicles, enabling vehicles to move from traditional diesel truck platforms to diesel-electric Truck conversion. e2PG
The MURECP project schedule involves an advanced dual planetary gearbox (e2PG) that enables multiple clutches to reduce fuel consumption by more than 50% during the actual drive cycle. The e2PG power split/multi-mode transmission architecture effectively reduces the internal combustion engine by deep integration of the two motors, which in turn maintains and even enhances the overall performance of the vehicle while reducing fuel consumption.
Vehicle control unit
