Installation and operation requirements for various box-type substations

(1) The floor placed in the box-type substation should be selected at a higher level and should not be placed at a low level to prevent rainwater from being poured into the box to affect the operation of the equipment. When casting the concrete platform, there should be a gap on the high and low pressure sides to facilitate the laying of the cable in and out of the cable. When excavating the foundation, in case of the ground formed by garbage or mulch, it is necessary to dig the solid soil, and then backfill the better soil and compact it, then fill the triple soil or the road slag to ensure the foundation is stable.

(2) The grounding and neutral lines of the box substation share a grounding grid. The grounding grid is generally grounded at the base four corners and then integrated into one. The box substation and the grounding grid must have two reliable connections. After the operation of the box-type substation, the grounding connection should be checked frequently because it is not loose or rust-free. Ground resistance should be measured periodically and the grounding resistance should be no more than 4Ω.

(3) Box-type substation is mainly cooled by natural wind circulation. Therefore, it is not possible to violate the piles around, especially the transformer room door should not be blocked, and the attachments on the louver vents should be removed frequently to ensure that all electrical equipment does not exceed the maximum allowable temperature.

(4) After the low-voltage circuit breaker trips, the cause of the trip should be checked before the test can be sent. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the cause of the failure must be thoroughly searched. After the exclusion, the power can be sent to prevent the accident from expanding.

(5) The zinc oxide arrester shall be installed in the high-voltage power distribution room of the box-type transformer. The installation method must be convenient for testing, disassembly and replacement.

(6) Ring network switches, transformers, lightning arresters and other equipment in high-voltage power distribution equipment should be regularly inspected and maintained, and defects should be repaired in time, and insulation preventive tests should be conducted regularly. The box-type substation will be deactivated for more than 3 months and should be fully pre-tested before being put into operation.

(7) To replace the high-voltage fuse without breaking capability, the transformer must be powered off, the mechanical interlock should be properly removed during operation, and the insulated operating rod should be used.

(8) All the inlet and outlet cable holes of the box-type substation should be blocked to prevent small animals from entering the accident.

(9) Warning signs and electrical equipment nameplate numbers must be available for high voltage hazard.

USB Charger

USB Charger refers to a device designed to provide power and charge electronic devices through a USB interface. It typically plugs into an AC outlet or another USB port and delivers electrical energy to connected devices via a USB cable.
Main Types
Standard USB Chargers: Plug directly into AC outlets and charge devices through USB ports.
Car USB Chargers: Mounted in a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket, providing charging capabilities for in-car electronic devices.
Quick Charge USB Chargers: Support fast charging technologies like Quick Charge (QC) or Power Delivery (PD), enabling devices to charge more rapidly.
Market Landscape and Trends
Current Market Status: With the proliferation of electronic devices and advancements in fast charging technology, the demand for USB Chargers continues to grow. Consumers have a wide range of brands, models, and features to choose from.
Future Trends: USB Chargers are evolving to prioritize charging efficiency, safety, and portability. Fast charging technologies will see wider adoption, while the development of wireless charging may lead to the emergence of wireless USB Charging solutions as a new market trend.
