1. Conditions of use:

2.1 Ambient temperature

The ambient temperature does not exceed +40 ° C, the average temperature in the 24-hour period does not exceed +35 ° C, the minimum ambient temperature is +5 ° C, and the storage minimum temperature is -30 ° C (coolant should be removed).

2.2 Atmospheric conditions

The air must not contain conductive dust, acid, salt, corrosive and explosive gases. The relative humidity is not more than 50% at the highest temperature of +40 °C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed, for example 20 °C. More than 90% can be used below.

2.3 elevation

The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters.

2.4 Grid quality

The voltage waveform should be sinusoidal, and its amplitude fluctuation should not exceed ±10% (the output rating is guaranteed when the fluctuation is ±5%, the reliable operation is guaranteed when the fluctuation is ±10%), and the frequency fluctuation does not exceed ±2%.

2.5 cooling water conditions

The device is cooled by circulating water. The cooling water should be transparent, turbid and free of sediment. The water quality should meet the following requirements:

The pH value is in the range of 6-9; the hardness is not more than 10 degrees (10 mg of calcium oxide per 1 L of water); the total solid content is not more than 250 mg/L; the electrical conductivity is not more than 600 u S/cm.

The water pressure of the intermediate frequency power supply is greater than 0.08Mpa, and the inlet water pressure of the induction furnace is greater than 0.15Mpa. The effluent requirements are smooth and the pressure is not more than 0.05Mpa. The inlet water temperature is +5 ° C ~ +35 ° C.

When using, avoid waterway fouling and sediment accumulation to block the waterway. When the humidity is high in summer, in order to avoid condensation on the surface of the water-cooled original, the inlet water temperature (such as not less than 0 °C) or ventilation should be properly adjusted. Ice should be prevented when the temperature is low in winter.

3. Basic principles

The three-phase alternating current is converted into a pulsating direct current through three-phase full-bridge rectification, and the pulsating direct current is converted into a smoother direct current by the reactor filter, and the smoothed direct current is converted into a single-phase intermediate frequency current through the inverter circuit. , sent to both ends of the load.
