Prior to December 24, 2013, Hongli Optoelectronics issued the “Progress Announcement on the Notice of Winning the Project”. The project involved in the contract is the LED lighting energy-saving renovation project of the streetlight energy-saving renovation service project in downtown Guangzhou (Section 6 and Section 7). The contract payment comes from the financial funds of Guangzhou. The construction period of the contract project is 90 days. According to the agreement, Guangzhou Liangye Lighting Engineering Co., Ltd. enjoys 1.2 million yuan of energy-saving technical service fees; the rest should be enjoyed by the company.

Hongli Optoelectronics said that the contract is in the energy-saving benefit sharing period of 8 years. According to the preliminary calculation of the company, it is estimated that the accumulated energy-saving service revenue will be about 93.73 million yuan, accounting for 12.70% of the company's audited consolidated financial statements in 2013. The performance of the project will have a positive impact on the company's operating results for the year 2014 and beyond.
