The demand for cold storage at major transportation ports is also relatively large. With the development of science and technology and industry scale, the requirements for the tonnage, scale and form of cold storage are getting higher and higher. Today's cold storage is different from the frozen storage warehouse in the traditional concept. It replaces the construction method and operation method of the original cold storage building with new architectural concept, modularization and factoryization. At the end of 2013, the China National Storage Association’s “National Cold Storage Construction and Operation Research Conference” was held in Haikou. The existing cold storage in China is 19.7 million tons, and it will increase by 10 million tons in the next three to five years. It is estimated to have a capacity of 30 million tons.

Analysis of past data, the total amount of cold chain logistics in 2014 was 3.74 trillion, the demand for cold chain was 104.88 million tons, and the rate of increase in cold chain logistics was 18%. China is currently in a special stage of the economic increase speed shift period, structural adjustment pain period and the reform and opening up period of "three phases superposition", but in 2014 China's cold chain demand scale reached 105 million tons, and the cold chain logistics market increased the overall rate to 18 %, especially the agricultural product cold chain "first one kilometer" and "first one kilometer", cold chain e-commerce era, cold chain logistics has become a new point of increase. However, all kinds of cold storages in China, regardless of their scale or function, are built in the way of civil works, and this way is still dominant today. This construction structure is unreasonable and does not apply to the current cold chain logistics operations. In this way, the integration and construction of cold storage capital must be carried out.

Lead Free Piezoelectric Elements


The Co-Al Co-doped Barium Titanate Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramics was successfully developed by Yuhai company through repeated experiments. By Researching the influence of Co-Al Co-doping on the structure and properties of Barium Titanate-based piezoelectric ceramics, the formulation and preparation technology of Barium Titanate-based piezoelectric ceramics were optimized.
