The ultra-clean workbench is divided into a vertical flow ultra-clean workbench (VerticalFlowCleanBench) and a horizontal flow ultra-clean workbench (HorizontalFlowCleanBench) according to the direction of the airflow. According to the operation structure, it is divided into two types: single-side operation and bilateral operation.

First, the working principle

Purification workbench

(hereinafter referred to as equipment) is a vertical laminar flow type local air purification equipment. The indoor air is pre-filtered through the pre-filter, pressed into the static pressure box by a small centrifugal fan, and then filtered by the air high-efficiency filter for secondary filtration. The clean air flow blown from the air outlet surface of the air high-efficiency filter has a certain and uniform cross-section wind speed. The original air in the work area can be excluded, and dust particles and biological particles can be taken away to form a sterile, high-clean working environment.

Second, the structural characteristics

This equipment is made of high-quality steel plate bent and assembled. The air supply body is equipped with a new non-woven fabric pre-filter, an air-efficient filter made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter material, a small low-noise variable-speed centrifugal fan and other electrical components, and is equipped with a mobile universal caster. The device has the advantages of simple structure and beautiful appearance.

This equipment adopts a variable air volume fan system. By adjusting the input voltage of the centrifugal fan, the working condition is changed. The average wind speed of the wind surface is always within the ideal range, effectively extending the main components of the equipment - the use of high efficiency filters. Life expectancy, reduce operating costs of the equipment, the device also has a UV sterilizer.

Fifth, the installation:

1. This equipment should be installed in all levels of purification plants or sealed air-conditioning plants.

2. The installation location of this equipment should be away from high-speed dust sources and sources.

3. After installation, the inside of the equipment and its surroundings must be carefully cleaned with a clean vacuum cleaner or tools that do not produce fibers.

After the installation and cleaning, the QDF-2 hot ball electric anemometer can be used to measure the average wind speed in the purification working area. When the average wind speed is <0.32m/s, increase the voltage of the regulator and increase the input voltage of the fan; otherwise, when the average wind speed is >0.48m/s, lower the voltage of the regulator and reduce the input voltage of the fan until the average The wind speed is maintained within the ideal range of 0.4m/s ± 20% before it can be used.

Sixth, use

1. Open the UV germicidal lamp 30 minutes before use to treat the microorganisms accumulated on the surface of the workbench in the working area. Turn off the germicidal lamp after 20 minutes and start the blower.

2. Do not store unnecessary items on the countertop to keep the clean airflow in the work area undisturbed.

3. Regularly (usually once a month) use QDF-2 hot-ball electric anemometer to measure the average wind speed in the working area. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements, the fan supply voltage can be adjusted to make the workbench in the best working condition.

4. This equipment can be operated by one person (single-sided single-sided workbench), and it can also be operated by two people (single-sided double-sided workbench).

Seven, maintenance

1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter material in the coarse filter is periodically removed and cleaned, and the time interval is generally 3 to 6 months.

2. When the fan group voltage is adjusted to the maximum, if the average wind speed in the working area still does not reach the technical parameter index, the air high efficiency filter needs to be replaced.

3. When changing the filter, first open the pre-filter at the top of the air supply body, then remove the fan plate. When replacing, pay attention to the arrow mark of the filter, and the arrow pointing is the laminar flow direction.

4. After replacing the filter, use the dust detector to check whether the four surrounding seals are good, adjust the fan group voltage, and keep the average wind speed in the working area within 0.4m/s±20%. Check the purification efficiency with a dust meter.

5. The electrical components are installed on the right side of the cabinet. If there is electrical fault, refer to the electrical schematic diagram and electrical wiring diagram for repair.

The 220V AC power must be cut off before installation, otherwise it will cause danger!

Installation and maintenance personnel must be highly trained electrical technicians!
