Currently, spokespersons for four companies, including HTC, LG, RIM, and Sony, said that they will not discuss pending legal matters, but Apple and Samsung have not commented on this.

Silicon Graphics stated in its indictment that the company filed for bankruptcy in 2009 and sold part of its business to Rackable Systems, a server and storage technology company. The rest of the business is owned by private investment institutions and investors.
