The tendering project of Taixing Huangqiao Pig Hog Slaughter Co., Ltd. sewer pipe network construction project has been approved by the Huangxing Town People's Government of Taixing City for the construction of the sewage pipe network laying project of Huangxing Shengqiao Pig Slaughter Co., Ltd. of Taixing City. The tenderee (project owner ) Taixing Huangqiao Pig Hog Slaughter Co., Ltd. is now entrusted with the responsibility for the bidding. Construction funds come from self-raising. The project has already met the conditions for tendering and is now inviting public bidding for the construction of the project.

2. Project Overview and the scope of the tender and payment methods

2.1 Project Overview

(1) Construction site: Sanli Village, Sanli Village, Huangqiao Town, Taixing City

(2) Scale: Project investment amount: 5.53 million yuan, laying 153 meters of HDPE pipe (specification DN400), 1060 meters of HDPE pipe (specification DN600), and 1964 meters (DN600) of PE pipe.

(3) Planned start date: October 20, 2016 Planned duration: 115 calendar days

2.3 Payment method

After the acceptance of the project is completed, 40% of the contract price will be paid. After the acceptance of the project is completed, 30% of the contract price will be paid. Except leaving 5% as the warranty money, the remaining balance shall be paid after two years of acceptance of the project.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bid invitation requires the bidder to have the above-mentioned qualifications of [level 3 of municipal public works] (inclusive), and has corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.

3.2 The bidder proposes that the person in charge of the project must have [more than or less than the municipal public utility construction division 2] (inclusive) or above [the municipal public construction division temporary 2nd] (inclusive) or above, with an effective safety production assessment certificate (B certificate) ), and one of the following conditions is met:

(1) The project leader is not under construction after the change.

(2) The person in charge of the project has no construction in progress after the change. The project owner must have completed the construction period and have been six months old since the date when the change was filed, or the non-contractor has caused the project to be suspended more than 120 days. The construction unit agreed that the person in charge of the project has been unlocked.

(3) The person in charge of the project has a construction in progress, but the project under construction belongs to the same project, approval of the same project, sub-contracted or phased construction of the same construction site, and the construction in progress and this project The sum of the scale of the sub-bid project is within the qualification of the project leader.

Note: The above construction in progress refers to the role of project leader in other projects.

3.3 Bidders and Proposed Project Leaders should have other requirements:

(1) Performance: No requirement

(2) The bidder and the person in charge of the project must not publicize the bad behavior record during the public announcement period.

(3) The bidder and the person in charge of the project must not have a criminal record of bribery. (According to an inquiry letter issued by the procuratorial agency on the crime of bribery)

(4) The bidder shall not be included in the list of defaulters of the untrustworthiness of the Higher People's Court of Jiangsu Province and the severity of the breach of trust shall be serious, and shall be within the penalty period. (For details, please refer to Su Jianzi [2016] No. 3)
