2008 is an extraordinary year. In this year, opportunities are accompanied by challenges, and laughter is accompanied by tears. On February 12, 2009, Leviton's full-time employees held a 3-day Leviton 2009 sales conference at Shenzhen Yafeng International Hotel. Mr. Hakki Tansi, Senior Vice President from US Headquarters, Mr. Brian G, Senior Product Manager, US Headquarters, Mr. Ling Anshou, Vice President of China, Ms. Liang Hanjun, Vice President of Finance, and Mr. Deng Ziwen, Vice President/General Manager of Li Wei Teng (China Market) Mr. Zeng Chunhui, Director of Business Development, Mr. Liu Gang, Product Director, and employees from Shenzhen, Dongguan, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Chengdu and Guangzhou attended the event.
The event is divided into three parts: sales conference, skill training, and competition.
Sales conference
First of all, Mr. Hakki Tansi - Senior Vice President of Leviton USA gave us an opening speech, and Hakki Tansi's wonderful speech gave us confidence and expectation for 2009. Then, Mr. Deng Ziwen, Vice President of China led us to review 2008 and look forward to 2009. In a short one-hour speech, we reviewed the struggles of the 2008 Weiweiteng team and jointly looked forward to the bright future of the challenges and opportunities of 2009. Mr. Zeng Chunhui, Director of the Business Development Department, will give a speech on the business development strategy that should be adopted under the new challenge. He has made us confident in the future business development of Leviton. Finally, Mr. Liu Gang, Director of Product Management Department, in the current severe form, to select more customers to choose Leviton, in 2009 we should take a detailed analysis of what product development strategy.

After the sales meeting, the wonderful Gala Dinner will be held that evening.
First of all, Mr. Ling Anshou, Vice President of China, gave a speech to Gala Dinner and presented awards to the winners of the Energy Saving 100 and 2008 National Badminton Competitions. Later, everyone tasted delicious food while enjoying the highlights of the 2008 review.
In the second half of the party, it was an inspiring award ceremony. The awards presented this year include: Best Sales Award, Best Sales Team Award, Best Product Award, Best Project Award, etc. 15 items. The joyful laughter and congratulations on the stage, the thunderous applause from the audience, the winners were very excited to receive the trophy from the awarding guests. This trophy confirmed their year's contribution, they are deserved! After a moment of excitement, it was the lucky draw and the scrabble game, which brought the atmosphere to the climax.
