The change in power consumption is surprising, then temperature and power consumption?

In the official data of nvidia , GTX 1070 still set the power consumption wall and temperature wall, the limited temperature is about 83 degrees, and the limited power consumption is about 110% .

We have taken the changes in temperature and frequency when conducting Call of Duty 12 and look at its changes.

The temperature of the test environment at that time was about 26-27 degrees Celsius, a typical air-conditioned room.
