The shield of the signal input line should be connected to E(G) , and the other end must not be connected to the ground. Otherwise, the signal will fluctuate and the system will not oscillate. The inverter and the control cabinet should be electrically connected. If the installation is difficult, the copper core wire can be used for bridging.

 

Lightning protection :

In the frequency converter, there is generally a lightning absorption network, which mainly prevents instantaneous lightning intrusion and damages the frequency converter. However, in actual work, especially when the power line is introduced overhead, the absorption network of the inverter alone cannot meet the requirements. In areas where lightning is active, this problem is particularly important. If the power supply is overhead, install a special inverter for frequency conversion ( optional ) at the incoming line , or have a special pre-buried steel pipe 20m away from the inverter according to the specifications. Ground protection. If the power supply is a cable entry, the lightning protection system of the control room should be well protected against lightning damage. Practice shows that this method can basically solve the lightning strike problem effectively.
