Overview:
In order to meet the demand of non-damage and fast charging of electric vehicle batteries, it is proposed to apply high-power switching power conversion technology to smart chargers. Combined with the actual charging requirements, the overall scheme of the electric vehicle on-board charging system is given, and the selection of the high-power charging power supply topology, the control circuit design and the protection circuit design are introduced. The experimental results show that the charging power source can realize the non-damage charging of the power battery in a short time, and meet the requirements of fast charging. The car smart charger researched in the article provides a reliable and effective charging device for the new electric vehicle, which has strong application value.
