ProMOS has won the 63nm license

Taiwanese media reported that ProMOS announced today that they have reached an agreement with Elpida to formally acquire the 63nm process license that can be used for the development of its own brand niche DRAM. ProMOS has also jumped from a former foundry to a brand factory.
