Hong Lihe said that the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government’s support attitude for UHV construction is consistent, and UHV will be used as a hope project in Jiangxi's future and also as a basic project.

Hong Lihe hoped to promote the National Energy Administration to approve the 1000-kV Wuhan-Nanchang UHV exchange project and the ±800-kV Fudong-Xinyu UHV DC project as soon as possible, and strive to purchase electricity from the province to the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” by the current From 2.4 million kilowatts to more than 8 million kilowatts.
