RecordJapan website reports that Cybercoin Co., Ltd. of Japan has recently developed the world's first rechargeable, straight-tube LED energy-saving lamp, which can sustain continuous lighting after a power outage.
The LED energy-saving lamp has a built-in lithium ion rechargeable battery. The lamp will self-charge in the normal power supply condition. After 3 hours, it will automatically switch to the battery-powered mode lighting. After two hours, it will switch to the normal mode, and then cycle lighting, due to the battery. There is no need to consume extra power in lighting mode, so the actual power consumption is only 30% of the same wattage ordinary fluorescent lamp and 60% of the same wattage ordinary LED lamp.
In addition, when there is a power outage, the maximum sustainable lighting of the lights for 12 hours, the lamp life of 50,000 hours, but the high price is 19,800 yen (about 1,500 yuan).
