In 2010, the shipment of low-temperature lighting products surged, and the proportion of application-side products increased rapidly. The proportion of parts in the first quarter fell to 45%, and related lighting applications reached 55%. The main source of growth was low-temperature lighting. Huaxing's cumulative Q1 consolidated revenue reached 399 million yuan, an annual growth of 57%.
According to the company's data, LED applications such as low-temperature lighting have contributed more than 50% of revenue to 55%, which can raise gross profit margins.
